宁夏应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情工作指挥部公告（第六号）

为做好机关、企事业单位返岗、复工后新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，防止因人员聚集引发疫情扩散，保障职工健康安全，现将有关事项公告如下：

To prevent the NCP epidemic from further spreading after government agencies, public institutions and enterprises resume work and protect the health of the staff, it is hereby announced as follows:

一、各级机关事业单位、各人民团体、各单位必须依法落实主体责任，实行一把手负责制，根据疫情防控形势，制定有针对性的防控措施，坚决防止疫情在本单位扩散。

I. Government agencies, public institutions and people’s organizations must fulfill the responsibilities in accordance with law and implement the leading official accountability mechanism to work out targeted prevention and control measures and prevent the staff from getting infected.

二、各级政府要在做好疫情防控工作的前提下，全力支持和组织推动各类生产企业有序复工复产。企业实行法人负责制，结合复工复产的具体情况和生产环境，按照合理、适度、管用的原则，制定有针对性的防控措施，坚决堵住疫情输入输出。

II. The governments at all levels shall help and organize manufacturing enterprises to resume production orderly, provided that prevention and control efforts are not affected. Enterprises must implement the legal person accountability mechanism and work out reasonable, appropriate, effective and targeted prevention and control measures according to their own conditions in a bid to prevent the epidemic from spreading.

三、在确保疫情防控工作和单位日常运转的基础上，可根据工作需要和岗位特点，安排错峰上班和倒班，合理安排职工办公时间和办公方式，尽量减少人员流动密度和直接接触。

III. While ensuring epidemic control and daily operation, all departments are recommended to adopt different working time, work shifts and reasonable working modes according to different positions, to reduce the number of staff on duty and direct contact.

四、工作场所建立一日三次清洁、消毒、通风及进出场所体温检测筛查制度，随时掌握职工身体状况，发现异常情况及时隔离观察并到指定医疗机构就诊。

IV. All working places shall be cleaned, disinfected and ventilated 3 times a day. Staff entering and leaving the working place will have their temperature measured. The health status of all staff must be monitored. In case of unusual symptoms, the staff must be isolated immediately and sent to designated medical institution for treatment.

五、降低工作区域内人员密度,职工的工位设置要拉长，人员保持一定距离。集体住宿要尽量降低人员密度，保持室内空气流通，按标准规范消毒。

V. The number of staff on duty must be reduced, with their working distances expanded. Personnel density in collective accommodation must be reduced, and ventilation and standard disinfection must be ensured.

六、职工要佩戴口罩，注意执行手卫生措施，做好个人防护。要按标准设置带有明显标识的废弃口罩专用箱，设专人管理并加强消毒。

IV. All staff must wear masks and wash hands frequently to protect themselves. Special boxes with obvious signs must be set up to collect discarded masks and sterilized by designated personal.

七、一般不得举办大中型会议及室内外聚集性活动，如确需召开会议，必须严格按照疫情防控要求控制参会人数。

VII. Large and medium conferences, indoor and outdoor gatherings are banned. If the conference has to be convened, the number of attendants must be controlled strictly.

八、保证食堂安全卫生，保持食品加工、包装、储存等场所环境整洁，确保食材不受污染。职工用餐可采取分时错峰或盒饭方式解决。

VIII. Canteens at working places must be kept clean, including the processing, packaging and storing areas, to ensure the food not to be contaminated. The staff are recommended to dine at different time or eat boxed meals.

九、公交企业严格按照国务院办公厅关于做好公路交通保通保畅工作确保人员车辆正常通行有关要求执行。

IX. Public transportation enterprises must follow relevant requirements by the General Office of the State Council to ensure road traffic and normal commuting.

十、采矿、冶金等特殊生产行业和企业，要针对生产特点制定疫情防控制度和指南，有效开展复工后疫情防控工作。

X. Special industries and enterprises including mining and metallurgic must formulate epidemic prevention and control regulations according to their characteristics, to contain the epidemic after the resumption of work.
