From August 7 to 13, the Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office (NXFAO) organized a youth delegation to attend the Seventh Global Youth Camp in the Republic of Korea. Sponsored by Gyeongsangbuk-do, the camp has brought together 55 youth representatives from China, Japan, Vietnam and other countries to engage in exchanges and foster deeper understanding and friendship, injecting great vitality to friendly regional relations. During the camp, youth from Ningxia have deepened understanding, broadened knowledge, and fully showcased the vitality and optimism of Chinese youth by actively participating in visits, culture experience, performance and other activities.

Since Ningxia and Gyeongsangbuk-do established friendly relations in September 2004, the two sides have continuously deepened cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, education, culture, and people-to-people exchanges. The Global Youth Camp hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do has become an important part and a signature project of such relations. Going forward, the NXFAO will strengthen connection with international friendship cities, boost exchanges and cooperation among the youth by deepening youth exchange programs, establishing youth exchange mechanisms, and other measures.
